Delivery & Returns Policy
Goldsmiths offer high quality delivery services for a very low cost, in fact it’s totally free in most cases! Standard delivery takes between 1-3 working days generally, however if you order jewellery such as a ring, and the size isn’t currently available, you will be advised of a delay, and roughly how long it will take. Deliveries are Monday to Saturday, and operate between 8am until 6pm via a courier.
You can use the express delivery service totally free of charge if you need to receive your item quickly, and provided you order before 7pm Monday to Friday or before 3pm on Sundays, you will receive your item the next day.
In most cases, delivery is tracked and you may need to sign for your item. If the jewellery is below the 150 pounds mark, you may not need to sign, but it depends on what it is. In this case, the item may be simply posted through your letterbox, if it will fit.
In terms of returns, if you want to return an item, you have 14 days to do so, and you will need to download and complete the returns form, sending it with your item, in the original packaging. Any items which have been personalised cannot be returned, unless faulty. Earrings cannot be returned if the tamper-proof packaging has been opened, again, unless faulty.
How to Redeem Vouchers & Discounts
If you are shopping in the sale section of the website, the price will automatically be deducted at the checkout point, and you won’t need to do anything. If you are shopping for ad hoc offers, it may be that you need to enter a voucher code into the check out section of the site; you do this by simply entering the code you are given in the ‘redeem offer or code’ box. Your total will then be amended.
You can apply for the interest free credit offer at the final payment screen, and this is subject to a credit check. You will be advised at that point whether you are success, not successful, or whether further review is needed.
