How to Contact First Choice & Useful Information
First Choice are easy to get in touch with, and there are various ways you can do just that. If you have a general query then you can simply head to the website and use the live chat function, which will give you the quick answer you’re looking for. The website is also very informative, and the FAQ section will probably answer any question you have.
If you do have a query about a booking, or a booking you’re thinking about making then you can call the customer helpline on 0203 451 2720 if it pertains to a holiday booking, or 0203 451 2695 if it is about a flight-only booking. Lines are open from 9am until 7pm, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm on Saturdays and 10am until 5pm on Sundays. You may have to wait in line during busy times, but you will be informed of the estimated wait whilst you’re holding.
For information on travel safety or any issues that arise suddenly, there is also a dedicated ‘travel centre’ on the website which will have the most current updates to check out.

Delivery & Returns Policy
Because we’re talking about a holiday, there isn’t really a delivery or returns policy to discuss. When once upon a time, we used to receive paper-based tickets for holidays, we now receive everything via email. If you do need to receive paper-based tickets, these will usually be sent out to you shortly before your departure date. If you are becoming a little worried because you haven’t received anything, simply call the helpline and find out whether you are actually receiving anything paper-based or not.
If you are not happy any aspect of your holiday booking process, or indeed after you return home, you can make a complaint via putting your comments in writing.
How to Redeem Vouchers & Discounts
Certain deals will require you to input a code at the check out screen before booking, and the amount deducted will be shown clearly before payment. Searching for a holiday on the site and putting together your package will take into account any regular deals, e.g. when searching for long haul current deals, and you will also see the final price at the confirmation scree, before you decide to go for it or not.
Terms and conditions apply on all holiday booking deals, e.g. the deal is based on four people sharing, so if you are less than that number, the price may be different from what is shown on the offer screen.
